Texas Senior Games

Two Ways to Register: 

 There are two ways to register for the 2012 Texas State Senior Games.  The quickest way is to register on-line using the Games Registration Information Program.  (See  below.)  Registering on-line gives you immediate confirmation of your registration.  The second way to register is to mail in a paper registration form. (See the column right). 

Mail in a Registration.

1.  Obtain a registration form.

     a. Download mail-in registration form

     b. Request registration materials at 210-302-6973 or newsoma@jcc-sa.org

2.  Fill out the registration form.  Make sure that you complete all requested information. 

3.  Mail in the form with your payment.  Mail in registrations must arrive no later than 16 March 2012. (Track and Field no later than 9 March.)

(Note:  Mail in registrations have a processing fee of $5.00 in addition to the games fees. 

Registering On LIne:

1.  The first step is to sign in to the Games Registration Information Program. The program can be found at https://www.nsga.hangastar.com/registration/Login.aspx. 

You will need your senior games registration account number in order to sign in.  If you have participated in the Texas State Senior Games or the National Senior Games in the past three years you have an account number.  If you have forgotten you number click on Forgot Account Number and the number will be sent to your e-mail address listed in the Registration Program.   If you cannot retrieve your account number using the Forgot Account Number procedure contact the Texas Games Registrar at registrar@tsga.org.

If you are new to the senior games you can create an account by following the procedures outlined on the registration web site. 

2. After logging into the Games Registration Information Program click on the Account tab and update your profile informaiton - phone number, e-mail, etc.  

3. Click on the Games Registraton tab.  There will be a list of games for which you can register. Scroll down to find the 2012 Texas State Senior Games Championships, Game Number 556.   

4. Click on Register Now.  This brings you to the Games Information Page which lists all the events offered.  This page gives details of the offered events, fees, age divisions, dates and venues. (Click on View Divisions for dates, venues and age divisions.)

5.  After reviewing the games information scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Yellow Bar labeled Register as a guest, athlete and/or reguest to be on a team. (Team captains will click on the Register a team bar.)

6. The next page in the registration process asks if you are registering as an athlete or team member.  Check the appropriate box - if you are registering for individual or doubles events and to be a team member you can check both boxes.

7. The registration process will take you through a series of pages, questions where you will be asked your t-shirt size and other questions depending on the events entered, be given a chance to buy certain games related products, and then select your events. 

8. After selecting your events you will verify your partner choice for doubles events, review your selections and proceed to the payment page.  Have your credit card ready.  Please make sure that you enter your name and billing address exactly as they are listed on your credit card record. 

9.  After your payment is accepted click Continue to see the verification page; then on the next page you will be given an opportunity to view or print your confirmation letter. 

10.  The verification page will tell you that you are registered for the games and your credit card is charged.  The confirmation letter will show the events in which your are registered.
